Aluminium Tray Signs

Fret Cut or die cut is when we mechanically cut your logo or text to raise your profile and provide an extra dimension to your sign and graphics.

Cut Lettering Numbers

Cut-out letters or numbers (Contour-cut letters) can be mounted on a variety of substrates. Typically used on sign panels and tray signs, cut-out letters create a stylish and professional look and are often also used in entrances, receptions, offices, restaurants or hotels, as information signs. Design your own letters in the font and size of your choice.

Stand-Off Lettering

Stand off lettering is the term used when cut letters are mounted onto a sign, wall or plaque and are affixed using locators creating a suspend position illusion to your lettering, this style of lettering accommodates various lighting options.

3D Letters

3D lettering is a technique to create shadows and dimension in your lettering. It makes a letter, word or even an entire phrase, pop right out; a trick that can be extremely useful when creating commercial designs.

Vinyl Lettering

Use vinyl to create lettering, numbering, or shapes that are individually cut. Vinyl is a special film adhesive material that is cut directly from a solid coloured material available in various colours. This allows the lettering to be creating a clean and professional look. Vinyl lettering can be applied on numerous surfaces including windows, brick walls, floors, storefronts , vehicles, wheelie bins etc.

Flat Panel Signs

A flat panel sign is simply a sign fabricated from any of the numerous substrates available without any fold or dimension added, for example a ‘cut to size’ flat piece of acrylic, pvc foam board or wood etc. This is an economical option and the quickest way to brand your shop externally or display mandatory information signage boards or even temporary notices. PVC Signs

PVC offers a smooth surface that accepts vinyl lettering and full colour digital graphics easily. PVC offers great weather resilience and is waterproof. PVC is a great substrate for applying full colour graphics. It offers great long-lasting full colour signs inside or out and comes in various thicknesses; 1mm, 3mm, 5mm or 10mm.

Acrylic Signs & Plaques

With our large format printers we can recreate an image onto your acrylic surface ensuring an amazing level of clarity and detail, Why not engrave, or apply cut lettering to give a dimensional look? Most popularly used with any colour vinyl, acrylic with frosted vinyl is a very subtle yet stylish option. Acrylic is available in a variety of colours, thickness and sizes. Acrylic has a high gloss finish and is highly durable and easily maintained. The colour of the acrylic surrounds the edges of the cut and also allows for light to be transmitted through and caught if engraved. Frequently used in offices for door plaques and or information signage, however, there are many uses for acrylic plaques such as, point of purchase signs and house numbering plaques.
